MANUEL-TURIZO

Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. His global success has seen him enter mainstream Latin music. In the year 2017, his 2016 hit Una Lady Como Tu won the Colombian Kids Choice Award Favorite Song. The year 2017 saw the release of ADN the first of his long-players for La Industria Inc. in Medellin. It peaked at number eight at the top of the Top Latin Albums chart. Vaina Loca was an instant Top Five hit for Ozuna and him the year after. He released Dopamina, his chart-topping second album, in the year following. Turizo came from a family of musicians his mother and older brother are both musicians. In his interviews, he said his participation in music as compulsory.
