Jill Hennessy one of Canada's highest-paid TV actors was born 25 November 1968 in Edmonton, Alberta. She was in Law and Order. Chris Noth was her co-star. Hennessy was raised in Edmonton. Her father, John Hennessy was a meat salesman, and executive in sales/marketing who required extensive travel and resulted in frequent moves for the entire family. Her mother Maxine an administrator, was a secretary who left her family members in the year 1982,. She left her daughter partially raised by her paternal grandmother Eleanor living in Kitchener Ontario. The twin sister Jacqueline is an American magazine writer, and her brother John Paul J.P. Hennessy Jr. was raised in Canada. Hennessy is born in Sweden and has Irish, Italian and French descent on the father's end and has mostly Ukrainian Roma and Austrian heritage from her mother.
